This is a very interesting piece, BRIO's idea of a rotary car dumper. Unfortunately, together with Turning Train Elevator this is probably one of the most useless accessories ever made. Useless because only the old hopper cars fit in it. Those hopper cars aren't really designed to carry anything, unless back in the day people let their kids play with sand or gravel in the house. Another point that makes it useless is that many of the more modern BRIO trains don’t fit through, so it can’t actually be used in a layout anymore. It is purely a collectors' item.
